Aside from having an identifiable writing style and having created a genre legal thrillersI actually think that Grisham is a pretty good writer. The litigators by john grisham held on to the end because I knew there would be some sort of redemption, but mostly it was insufferable stuff about the short-sighted greed of, in this case, plaintiffs’ personal injury lawyers. I get the feeling he had fun writing this one.
